Solar Sword Light 30 Watt - TTSSL30W

This model is no longer manufactured.
The specifications below are kept for owners of existing installations.
The TTSSL30W Sword is a high-output 30 W street light for main society roads, approach roads and compounds, built on a large battery and a panel sized well above the load.
Coverage and sizing
Designed for a 5 m mounting height with poles at about three times that — roughly 12 to 15 m pole to pole. At 4,800 lumens it covers a wide carriageway comfortably.
What is inside
30 W LED producing 4,800 lumens, on a 70 Ah LiFePO4 battery charged by a 60 W panel. A panel at twice the LED wattage and a battery at more than double a single night's load is the combination that keeps a fixture working through cloud, dust and short winter days. LiFePO4 service life is 8 to 12 years.
Autonomy
70 Ah against a 30 W load gives several consecutive poor-weather days. When comparing this against a cheaper 30 W fixture, compare the Ah figure first — that is where the cost difference sits, and it is what decides whether the road is lit on the fourth grey night.
Installation and warranty
Foundation, cure, pole, head, then panel bracket facing south. Earth the pole. IP65 housing. Two year warranty.
