These terms cover your use of shinesun.in, operated by Shinesun India Solar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

What this website is

A product catalogue and an enquiry channel. You cannot place an order or make a payment here. Every product carries a "Get a Quote" button that sends us your requirement; we reply with a quotation, and any order is agreed separately with us directly.

Prices shown are indicative list prices for a single unit. They are not an offer, and they do not include poles, foundations, installation or delivery. Quantities, delivery and payment terms are agreed in the quotation.

Product information and specifications

We publish the specifications we hold for each fixture — wattage, lumen output, battery chemistry and capacity, IP rating, warranty. Sizing guidance on our category pages, including pole heights and spacing, is offered in good faith as a basis for a quotation. It is not a lighting design. Actual spacing depends on lamp output, mounting height and road width together, and a project specifying lux levels needs those calculated rather than estimated from a ratio.

We improve products over time. Where a specification changes, the current product page is the accurate one. If a detail matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you order — we would rather answer than have you rely on a page.

Photographs are representative. Colours and finishes may differ slightly from what your screen shows.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Where none is stated, assume 30 days, since component and battery prices move. A quotation becomes an order only when we confirm it.

Warranty

Warranty periods differ by product and are stated on each product page — currently one to three years depending on the fixture. Warranty covers functional defects during the warranty period. It does not cover physical damage, tampering, modification, or failure caused by installation outside the guidance we provide. Shipping and handling for a warranty claim are not covered.

Battery service life is a separate matter from warranty. The LiFePO4 batteries in our street lighting have an expected service life of 8 to 12 years; that is an expectation based on the chemistry, not a warranty term.

Installation

We supply fixtures. We do not carry out installation.

Our products are designed to install without an electrician, trenching or a grid connection, and most buyers handle it themselves or use a local contractor. If you would rather not, tell us your district and we will introduce you to dealers and pole suppliers who do that work in your area. Any agreement you reach with them is between you and them; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for their work.

Returns

Because orders are agreed directly rather than placed through this website, returns are handled as part of that agreement. Ask us about return terms before you order, and we will set them out in the quotation.

Using this website

You may use this site to research products and contact us. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, extract its content in bulk for republication, or use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing.

Product descriptions, technical guides, photographs and page content on this site are our property. You are welcome to quote or reference them with attribution and a link. Wholesale copying is not permitted.

Liability

We take care that the information here is accurate, and we correct it when we find it is not. We cannot accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of guidance published on a website without confirming the specifics of your site with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
