The TTBAT90W is specified for approach roads, large compounds and industrial perimeters — sites where poles are set far apart and each fixture has to cover more ground.

Coverage and sizing

Designed for a 5 m mounting height, with poles at three to four times that — roughly 15 to 20 m pole to pole. At this output the fixture holds the wider end of that range comfortably, which is usually where the cost of the larger unit is recovered: fewer poles and fewer foundations across the same length of road.

What is inside

90 W LED producing 3,129 lumens from 120 Nichia chips, on a 30 Ah LiFePO4 battery charged by a 30 W panel. The panel-to-LED ratio and the battery are matched to hold output through the night rather than to produce a high peak. LiFePO4 service life is 8 to 12 years.

Autonomy and monsoon

30 Ah gives the fixture margin across consecutive overcast days. For a perimeter or approach road, where a dark night is a security problem rather than an inconvenience, size for the monsoon rather than the annual average.

Installation and warranty

Pole mounted, no grid connection, automatic operation, IP65 housing, working range −20 to 60 °C. Earth the pole; on exposed sites fit surge protection. Two year warranty.
