The TSOPL18W Opal is a pillar-mounted fixture for gate posts, boundary walls and entrance columns, producing a warm white light with genuine output rather than accent brightness.

Where it fits

Gate pillars and boundary columns, one either side of an entrance. At 2,016 lumens it is the brightest fixture in this range and lights the gate approach as well as marking it — useful where a vehicle has to turn in after dark.

What is inside

18 W LED producing 2,016 lumens at warm white, on a 10 Ah LiFePO4 battery charged by a 6 W panel. Warm white suits an entrance, where a cool white source at this output reads as harsh at close range. LiFePO4 service life is 8 to 12 years.

Installation

Mounts flat to a pillar top or column. Confirm the position gets direct sun through the middle of the day: pillar tops shaded by a tree or a compound wall will not charge properly, however bright the fixture.
