Solar Emergency Tube Light 3 Watt - White - TTSELTL3W

The TTSELTL3W is a 3 W solar emergency tube light, the compact fixture in this range, for a small room, kitchen or stairwell during a power cut.

Where it fits

A small room, corridor or stair. At 240 lumens it gives enough light to move about and work safely rather than to read comfortably; for a main room, the 5 W or 8 W tube is the better choice.

What is inside

3 W producing 240 lumens, on a lithium-ion battery charged by a 2 W panel. Lithium-ion is standard at this size and price; expect a shorter service life than the LiFePO4 fixtures in this range, particularly in a room that gets hot through summer.

Charging

Charges from its own panel, so it recovers during an outage rather than only between them. Run the panel cable to a window or balcony — a tube light fitted in an internal room still needs its panel in daylight.
